IPJ (Insulated Pipe Joint)
The insulated pipe joint (IPJ) is
used to isolate the impedance heated pipe from any connecting pipes and system
components that are not part of the desired heating system. The IPJ’s stop any current from passing
through a flange, and allow heating pipelines with multiple drops and/or take
offs.
